It has data management function. As a transitional institution that keeps long-term value archives in advance, it stores all kinds of document archives, sales archives, accounting archives, infrastructure archives and personnel archives, and has the ability to collect, manage and archive all kinds of data.

With product sample retention function.The coating archive room keeps the aluminum sheet retention samples, and the composite archive room keeps the composite panel retention records and keeps each batch of samples since the first production. The product retention samples are up to 15 years.

It has the function of tracing and improving key links. Whether it is formula change, inter-batch difference query, order control, customer complaint tracking, etc., the coating results (i.e., color coating semi-finished products) and composite finished products can be traced at the same time, which is conducive to finding out which link the problem points occur faster, so as to make more efficient targeted improvement measures.
